Site Updated: Spec

I update the Spec page if you guys wanted to see the status of what game should be like. However, it's under contrustion because I haven't touched my EBmused program yet. And I'm trying to worked on the HTML for this main page, cause this is getting quite boring. So anyway, enjoy!
